Running coaching delivered straight to your phone with the app Final Surge and Strength training at the top class facility Activ8 Performance situated in the Karkloof.

Cancellation Policy

Booked sessions can be canceled or rescheduled, unless within 20 mins of the start time. Plans are all month to month however, cancellations must be given 15 days prior. For example: if you wish to cancel September 1st, your cancellation request must be give by August 15th.
