To develop any athlete that enjoys the process of training and racing. We do this through developing athletes that are strong, healthy and bio-mechanically efficient. Robust athletes are critical in consistent training and racing with long term goals and barriers broken down. As a coaching system, we attempt to bring together athletes from various backgrounds and disciplines to create a social, respectful and encouraging community.
