Service Description

Open gym to all and anyone to who want to use the space and equipment to how they see fit. During this time the WOD can be performed. The space is limited to 8 people at time. During this time there will be no one-on-one coaching and classes however a coach will be present so as to answer any questions you may have.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Booked sessions can be canceled or rescheduled, unless within 20 mins of the start time. Plans are all month to month however, cancellations must be given 15 days prior. For example: if you wish to cancel September 1st, your cancellation request must be give by August 15th.
